UGANDA HEALTH STATISTICS

As a non-profit, IDA Global is committed to improving the health status in Uganda especially in areas that lack access to affordable health care, ensuring that we, in our capacity, can provide effective, essential health services. Part of  that work is monitoring health statistics in Uganda as collected and reported by the IDA Global Research team and leading medical, governmental and NGO organizations.

While Uganda's healthcare system has improved, there are still challenges. One of the primary reasons is a lack of medical resources required to compete with countries such as the United States in medical advancement. The Ugandan government continues to seek aid and find other ways to ensure that its people receive the best possible care. With these efforts, Ugandan healthcare should continue to improve.
